1. Summary in four lines

• The app doesn't ask for an account, an email or a name: it collects no personal data.
• It does send anonymous usage statistics (an installation identifier and game events) to know whether it works. You can turn them off in Settings.
• If the game shows ads, they are served by Google AdMob: in the European Union, consent is requested before showing personalised ads.
• This website uses no cookies and no trackers, and there are no requests to third-party services.

3. What the application collects

Crystal Pulse has no user registration and collects no personal data. The only thing it sends is the following:

• An anonymous installation identifier: a random string of 32 hexadecimal characters generated on your own device. It doesn't identify any person, it isn't shared between applications and it can't be used to recognise you outside the game.
• Game usage events: levels played, how long sessions last, coins and lives. If the game shows ads, ads watched are added as well.

This data is sent to Google Analytics for Firebase, Google's analytics service, and is used in aggregate form: how many people play, how far they get and where they get stuck.

The game also stores your progress (levels, coins, lives and hammers) on your own device. That information doesn't leave your phone and disappears if you uninstall the game.

4. What we do NOT collect

We don't ask you to register, there are no user accounts and there are no forms on this website.

• Name, surname or any identifying data.
• Email address or phone number.
• Contacts, address book, messages or photos.
• Location, neither approximate nor precise.
• Health data, beliefs, sexual orientation or any special category.
• Data of children under 13 knowingly.

5. What we use that data for and on what legal basis

• Game analytics, to maintain and improve it: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RGPD, the EU General Data Protection Regulation). You can object by turning off analytics in the game's Settings.
• Advertising: if the game shows ads, in the European Union consent is requested before showing personalised ads; if you don't give it, non-personalised ads may be shown.
• Operation and security of the website: legitimate interest.

6. Ads (if the game shows them)

If the game shows ads, they are served by Google AdMob. There would be two types: rewarded videos, which the player chooses to watch voluntarily, and interstitials, which may appear between levels.

In that case, Google could collect device data and advertising identifiers (including the system advertising identifier) to serve and measure those ads, under its own policies and with its own retention periods. In the European Union, consent is requested before showing personalised ads.

We don't intentionally show ads to children under 13. If purchases inside the game are added in the future, they will be handled through Google Play: we do not receive or store payment data.

7. This website uses no cookies

The site you are looking at is static and uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. It also doesn't use localStorage, sessionStorage, web analytics, tracking pixels or third-party resources: the typeface and all the code are served from prismiikgames.com.

The language you choose isn't stored on your device: it is reflected in the address of the page. That's why you won't see any cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

8. Technical logs of the hosting

The hosting provider of the site (Cloudflare) may log technical data about visits, such as the IP address, for operational and security purposes: for example, to block attacks or measure the availability of the service. We don't use those logs to profile you or for advertising.

9. How long we keep it

Analytics events are kept in Google Analytics for the retention period configured in the tool (by default, 14 months in Google Analytics 4).

The installation identifier stops being sent when you turn off analytics in Settings or when you uninstall the game.

The technical hosting logs are kept for the time necessary for the security purposes indicated and according to the provider's configuration.

10. Who we share it with

With Google, which provides the analytics service (Google Analytics for Firebase) and, when the game shows ads, the advertising service (AdMob), and processes the data as a provider under its own privacy policies.

We don't sell data, we don't pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes and we don't use it for anything other than what this page describes.

Google may process the data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States, relying on the contractual safeguards it offers for international data transfers.

11. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@prismiikgames.com.

• As we don't ask for personal data, in most cases we won't be able to identify you in our statistics; even so, we will deal with your request and we will tell you so clearly.
• You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you consider that we haven't handled your data properly.

12. Minors

Crystal Pulse is a game for a general audience and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children of that age. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change something relevant, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. If the change affects personal data or advertising, we will also notify you inside the game.
